Robot Serial Number
From MobileRobots Research and Academic Customer Support
Each robot has a serial number (a series of letters and numbers). Use this number to identify your robot when contacting MobileRobots technical support; this allows us to look up information about your particular robot.
| Pioneer DX | Next to power switch on rear-left of robot (or inside battery compartment door, for some robots) |
| Pioneer AT | Next to power switch on rear-left of robot (or inside battery compartment door, for some robots) |
| AmigoBot | Near power switch, on bottom of robot |
| PowerBot | Inside power and controls compartment door on right side of robot. |
| PeopleBot | Next to power switch on rear-left of robot (or inside battery compartment door, for some robots) |
| PatrolBot | On support strut of upper section (near rear of robot), or inside control panel door. |
| Seekur | On side of robot near firmware maintenance port. |
| Seekur Jr. | Label on edge of battery access hatch (remove cover) |
Your robot serial number is also included on your support account registration paperwork.
