RVision Camera
From MobileRobots Research and Academic Customer Support
The RVision camera is a digital camera with pan, tilt and optical zoom control. Pan, tilt and zoom are controlled by sending commands over an RS-232 connection. The RVision is a rugged waterproof device and is the camera accessory for Seekur and Seekur Jr robots. Images are read from the digital camera using a separate video framegrabber device, either on the onboard computer (such as the Sensoray SX-11 PC-104 card), or connected to an internal ethernet network (such as with the Axis network camera or capture device).
