Hi Hamilton,

Have you checked to make sure the disk is still connected to the computer and 
power supply, and that it runs when the computer is on?  You can also connect it 
to IDE1 and change Drive C to IDE1, or take the disk out and connect it to 
another computer (you may need an adapter for the 2.5" drive's IDE cable to 
connect it to a full sized desktop computer).
